Mini Sketchbook

So, I've been in Sydney for near about 6 months now... and I guess my drawing has been neglected.

so I've taken the last two days out just to try and calm down!

Camping...

Just come back from camping in Kent. We were in a tiny clearing in the woods surrounded by bluebells. Beautiful. Great weekend, even had some sun! - It's raining right now hahaha

While working on the boat...

I only ever seem to have time to draw when we stop in cafes or Mcdonalds! 

Craig Thompson's Goodbye Chunky Rice - I've not read it in a long time, but there're a few pages that I can't get out of my head when I look at the sea from a boat.  The ocean is VAST.  And that's just the surface.  Astounding.

This year's Christmas cards.  They're going to six different countries, including Australia where it is summer right now, so I really tried to stay away from obvious wintery imagery.
